Maintenance Emergency

For after-hours maintenance emergencies, please call the numbers below and follow the phone line prompts:

Snow Removal

FCHA must follow the Borough guidelines of having the sidewalks cleared within 24 hours from the end of the snowfall. We will clear sidewalks for elderly residents and residents with reasonable accommodations first, then proceed to family areas and finish with parking lots.
